Shipping policy

Sellers ship sold pairs to FLOOR for authentication. After a pair clears, we ship it to the buyer. Plan on 3 to 5 business days after it passes, plus carrier transit.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. A tracking number is emailed when the outbound label is created.

Duties and import taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility outside the United States.
